It is not the intention of Phil Bates and The Electric Light Band (ELB) to identify themselves with The Electric Light Orchestra (ELO). With Phil Bates, a member of ELO Part Two and The Orchestra, we are able to present the music of ELO and ELO Part Two to a wide audience in the most respectful way. We dissociate ourselves from any attempt by any party to equate ELB with ELO.
